TDR's (Trustee's Distribution Report - post-distribution) include the following files and documents to be filed with your regions United States Trustee's Office: (1) Proof of Transmittal of Trustee's Certification of Completion and Trustee's Certification of Completion of Estate Administration and Application for Discharge, (2) Original Bank Statements not already submitted, (3) Form 4, and (4) Report for Bankruptcy Judges.
